Talk after the showing. The rest is already done.

One workspace with an inside sales assistant built in. Say what happened once and the client record, the property, the promise you made and the next follow up are written against the right people, on the same Rillo the whole business runs on.

The record

See the client, the property and the next move in one place.

A household is more than one person, the people around the deal belong on the record rather than in somebody phone, and a property has a journey rather than a status field. This is what Rillo Realtor opens to.

How it is put together

Real estate is not one contact and one deal.

Say two names in one sentence and Rillo Realtor keeps them as two people on one household, works out which one is the client and which one is the lender, and attaches what you said to the property it was about.

  1. In the car after a showing

    You talk. Rillo writes.

Hold the button and say what happened. The record, the follow up and the next step are written against the right people before you have pulled out of the driveway. Your browser does the transcription, so the recording never reaches a Rillo server.

  2. On a call with a buyer

Type as they talk, and the call ends already handled.

Dial on your own phone and keep Rillo open. Notes are stamped with where in the call you typed them, and anything you promised becomes a follow up you tap to accept. Nothing is scheduled without you.

    You say

They want to see the two on Maple this weekend, and I said I would check whether the Elm one is still available.

The promise you made is a task with your name on it, not a thing you have to remember.
  3. Under contract

The dates in the contract become the dates on the calendar.

Inspection, appraisal, financing and closing, each derived from the contract date the file carries rather than typed twice. Add a date the contract does not carry and Rillo asks for it rather than inventing one.

    You say

We are under contract on Hillside as of today, thirty day close, inspection window is ten days.

  4. Six months after closing

They hear from you again, because Rillo remembered.

Move in check in, the home anniversary, the referral ask. Drafted for you, waiting for a person to read them, and never sent on their own.

The team

AgentTheir own book, every property and conversation on it.
CoordinatorThe files they run, the deadlines, the documents. Not the commission.

What Rillo Realtor adds

Real estate work, on top of the whole workspace.

  • Properties, with days on market derived rather than stored
  • Buyer matching on the property and client criteria your brokerage allows, with the criteria shown beside every match
  • Hyperlocal market context, cached weekly and refused when stale
  • Client and household memory, so every conversation, property, offer and promise sits on one record
  • Drafted follow ups that wait for a person before they send

Everything else Rillo does comes with it: contacts, pipeline, calendar, quotes, documents, routes and the team roles, because this is that product with real estate turned on rather than a smaller one sold separately.

Switching

Bring the book you already have.

If your current system exports a spreadsheet, your book comes with you. We do the first import with you rather than handing you a template and wishing you luck.

  • 7 billed seats, at $39 each
  • 4 collaborators, not billed
  • A seat unopened for 60 days pauses and stops being billed

This is the arithmetic the invoice does: the plan price times the number of seats. Tax, if it applies where you are, is added at checkout.

Trust and control

Nothing reaches a customer without a person.

A person approves every send

Rillo prepares customer facing work and holds it. It does not loosen on a bigger plan, and there is no setting that turns it off.

You can see what it did

Every action the assistant takes is written down with what was said, so a record that looks wrong can be traced to the sentence it came from.

Your words stay yours

Your browser does the transcription. Rillo never receives the recording, only the text you can see.

You can take it with you

Export what is in there whenever you want. A workspace you cannot leave is a workspace you cannot properly try.

Straight answers

What people ask before they start.

Does this replace my MLS or my transaction system?

No. Rillo is not an MLS or an IDX website and it does not publish listings. Listing data stays in the MLS and the contract file of record stays in your transaction system, with compliance and the broker archive. Once a property is on the record here it carries the showings, the offers, the deadlines and everything anybody said about it, which is the part those systems do not hold.

What happens when I dictate a showing on the way to the car?

The household gets the showing, what they reacted to, the criteria that just changed, and the follow up you said you would do, with a date. Your browser does the transcription; Rillo never receives the recording, only the text you can see.

What is missing today?

There is no escrow or contract deadline screen, no lender or title partner login, and market context is entered per ZIP rather than fed from anywhere. Rillo does not publish listings.

What can I record as a buyer criterion?

What the buyer wants from the home or the location: size, layout, commute, price, a school by name, distance to somewhere they named. Rillo will not record a criterion that describes people rather than property. It refuses the entry and explains why, so the sentence never becomes data, and matching runs on the home.

Does my team see my clients?

Only if you are on a plan with teams, and only where somebody set that up. Who can see and change what is a separate question from who does which job, and it is answered by whoever runs the brokerage.

Can I import from the CRM I use now?

If it exports a spreadsheet, yes. Contacts, households, notes, tasks, deals, stages, custom fields and property records come across. Attachments come over as a second pass, and somebody helps you with the first import.

What counts as a seat?

An agent who opens Rillo. Coordinators and ISAs are agents for this purpose because they work in it every day. Lenders, title and anybody outside the brokerage you share a single file with are collaborators and are not billed.

Does this work for one agent on their own?

Yes. Independent Agent is a real plan rather than a demo tier. The same conversation capture, the same records and the same drafts. What you do not get is the team coordination, because there is no team to coordinate.

What changes for a brokerage?

Permissions, assignment across teams, and shared standards and templates so every agent files the same way. The records underneath are the same records.

What connects to Rillo today?

Calendar and webhooks are live, and a spreadsheet import handles the rest, including a webhook you can point a lead source at. Native delivery from every portal is not there yet, which is worth knowing before you decide rather than after.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, whenever you want, including after you leave. Contacts, notes, properties, transactions and the history against each. Your client list is the reason you would be nervous about moving it in, so it is the thing you can always move back out.

What happens when somebody stops using it?

A seat that has not been opened in 60 days pauses and stops being billed. It comes back the moment they sign in, and the billing follows on the next invoice rather than immediately.

What happens after the trial?

Thirty days free and no card to start. If you have not added one by day 31 the workspace pauses rather than billing you, and nothing is deleted.

Start with your own book.

Import what you have on the first day, or start empty and let it fill up from the conversations you were having anyway. Your data exports whenever you want it, including after you leave.

30 days free. No card to start.
