Your book is yours.
This page is a plain-language summary. The full policy is being prepared, and questions go to support@rilloapp.com.
- What Rillo stores. The contacts, notes and documents you and your team put into your workspace, and the account details needed to bill and sign you in.
- What Rillo does not record. Nothing in a room. Rillo has no ambient or in-person recording, and there is no way to turn one on. The only audio Rillo keeps is a call placed through Rillo Phone, when that call was set to be recorded, and it is attached to that call.
- What Rillo does with it. It shows it back to you and your team, drafts work from it for you to approve, and nothing else. Rillo does not sell or share your records.
- What is live today. Capture reads receipts, cards and documents you photograph. Renewals reminds you before something lapses. The Inbox drafts replies for a person to read and send. Ask Rillo answers from your own book, and the morning brief is built from it. Anything else you have read about is not on yet.
- AI drafts. Content drafted for you is reviewed by a person before it is sent to a customer or written to a customer record. It is never sent on its own.
- Export and deletion. You can export everything at any time in a file you can read, and you can ask for your workspace to be deleted.
- Demos. The walkthrough and interactive demo on this site use synthetic data, make no network calls, and reflect no real customer.
