This page is a plain-language summary. The full policy is being prepared, and questions go to support@rilloapp.com.

• The trial. Thirty days free and no card to start. If you have not added one by day 31 the workspace pauses rather than billing you, and nothing is deleted.
• Plans. Every plan is priced per seat per month on the pricing page; the invoice says what the plan does and nothing on the site promises a capability the plan cannot do.
• Your content. You own what you put into Rillo. Rillo needs only the permission to store it and show it to you and the people you invite.
• What the site describes. Features described on this site reflect the product as it exists today. Capabilities in development are not shown.
• Support. A problem with a workspace goes to the support address and is a ticket the moment it is received.
