Where JobNimbus is better
- Built for roofing and exteriors: roof measurements, supplier integrations and material ordering
- Production tools: project boards, estimates, eSign, invoices and profit tracking
- Payments, homeowner financing and QuickBooks on every plan
- Proposals homeowners sign on the spot, with SumoQuote now part of JobNimbus
Where Rillo is better
- A price you can read before talking to anyone: Rillo prints its seat price, where JobNimbus says "Request pricing" on every plan
- A longer trial: 30 days against 14, both with no card
- AI you can use today in every seat; JobNimbus says Scout is with a limited group of users, with a waitlist
- Nine trade presets, for a contractor whose team also sells outside exteriors
Which costs less?
JobNimbus does not publish its prices, so we cannot say. A Rillo seat is $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly. Ask JobNimbus for a quote for the same number of people and compare.
Is Rillo a JobNimbus replacement?
Not for running roofing jobs. If you need measurements, supplier orders and production boards, JobNimbus is built for that. Rillo is for the selling side: calls, follow-ups and quotes.
Can I use both?
Yes. They are separate tools, and starting Rillo does not ask you to leave JobNimbus.
Prices and features checked on 14 October 2026, from JobNimbus's own pages: JobNimbus pricing: plans, user limits, the trial and its pricing FAQ; JobNimbus Scout: the AI assistant, in beta with a waitlist. Prices change; if this looks stale, tell us. Every claim about JobNimbus is from what it publishes, and nothing here says what it cannot do.
