What it does for cars
Buyers and their cars
What they drove in, what they looked at, what they said about payment. Every visit under the person.
Instead of the desk log, the sticky notesFollow-up list that builds itself
Be-backs, service customers due for an upgrade, leads gone quiet. Every morning, in order.
Instead of the CRM nobody updatesThe note after the test drive
Say what happened on the lot. The record is written, the follow-up text drafted for your yes.
Instead of the evening data entryThe rest of Rillo CRM is on every seat. Everything that is built · See full pricing. Book a demo, 30 minutes with a person:
Three people use it. Same book, three views.
The salesperson talks, the sales manager sees the week, the dealer principal sees the money in cars. Nobody enters anything twice.
Today's calls, what the buyer said last time, the text ready.
The desk log live, every be-back, every unworked lead.
Gross by salesperson, leads by source, what is slipping.

What Coach starts from
Coach, in beta, begins with a playbook for the trade, then adds your own competitors, strengths and objections. This is the playbook it begins with.
Who you sell to
The buyer (and the co-buyer or spouse who is often the decision maker), Fleet buyer (small business vans and trucks), Sales manager (desking and approvals, internal), F and I manager (financing, internal), Used car manager (trade appraisals, internal).
How a sale runs
Up (walk-in, phone, internet lead), contact, appointment, test drive, trade appraisal, desking, financing, delivery, then the be-back and the sold-anniversary. The first 90 seconds of a walk-in set the tone; the trade appraisal is where most deals are won or lost. Typically 0 to 21 days.
What to ask first
- What are you driving now, and what does it need to do that it does not?
- Is there a trade, and what do you think it is worth? What do you owe on it?
- Are you buying on payment, on price, or on the total you drive off for?
- Who else is part of this decision, and are they here today?
What you will hear, and where to steer it
- Carvana or CarMax will give me more for my trade. Ask for their offer in writing and match the total deal, not the trade line; a higher trade number with a higher price is the same money. Show the appraisal math out loud.
- I need to think about it. Ask what specifically; usually it is the payment, the trade or the spouse. Solve the named one and set a dated be-back with a reason to come back (a vehicle held, a number confirmed).
- I can get it cheaper online. Ask them to pull it up; compare the out-the-door total including delivery, fees and the trade. Sell what the screen cannot: the drive today, the trade done today, the service relationship.
- The payment is too high. Do not lengthen the term first; ask about down payment, trade equity and the vehicle itself. Show two options, never one.
How price comes up
Vehicle price, trade allowance, down payment, term and rate; the buyer sees a payment, the desk sees gross. Doc fees and add-ons are where trust is lost.
How to follow up
An internet lead gets a call within the hour and a video walkaround the same day. A be-back gets a text the next morning with the reason to return. A sold customer gets a first-service reminder and a sold-anniversary touch; the trade-in cycle is the used lot's best lead source.
The calendar
Tax refund season (February to April) and model-year changeover (late summer) lift traffic; December is year-end incentives; January and midsummer are slow, which is when be-back work pays.
