What it does for staffing
Reqs under every client
Open positions, rate, who is interviewing. The client record shows what they need now, not what they needed in March.
Instead of the ATS export, the whiteboardClient check-in list
Placements ending, reqs going stale, clients who have not called back. Built every morning.
Instead of the Friday scrambleNotes from the drive
Say what the hiring manager said. The req is updated and the follow-up is set before the next stop.
Instead of the voicemail to yourselfThe rest of Rillo CRM is on every seat. Everything that is built · See full pricing. Book a demo, 30 minutes with a person:
Three people use it. Same book, three views.
The recruiter talks, the branch manager sees the week, the owner sees the money in staffing. Nobody enters anything twice.
Today's client calls, the reqs to talk about, the note already filed.
Every req, days open, submittals, who owns it.
Fill rate and revenue by client, which recruiters are behind.

What Coach starts from
Coach, in beta, begins with a playbook for the trade, then adds your own competitors, strengths and objections. This is the playbook it begins with.
Who you sell to
Hiring manager, HR business partner, Talent acquisition lead, Plant or operations manager (light industrial), Office manager (admin and clerical), VP Operations or COO (volume programs).
How a sale runs
Two loops that run at once: the client loop (req in, terms, submittals, interview, offer, start) and the candidate loop (source, screen, submit, interview, offer, accept, start, redeploy). Speed to submittal decides most contract reqs; quality of the third interview decides most direct-hire. Typically 3 to 45 days.
What to ask first
- What does this seat cost you empty, per week, in real work not getting done?
- Who else is working this req, internally or another agency, and what have they sent so far?
- What did the last person in the seat do well, and why did they leave?
- Is this a temp, contract-to-hire or direct-hire seat, and who decides the conversion?
What you will hear, and where to steer it
- Your rate is higher than the other agency. Separate bill rate from pay rate; ask what pay rate the cheaper agency quotes candidates, because a lower bill usually means a lower pay and a candidate who keeps looking. Offer to run in parallel on one req.
- We will source it ourselves. Agree, and offer to run alongside with no exclusivity; the first qualified submittal makes the argument. Ask how many hours a week the hiring manager can actually spend screening.
- We need a longer guarantee. Ask what went wrong the last time a guarantee was used; most guarantee asks are a bad past hire. Trade guarantee length for interview process changes that reduce the risk.
- The candidate took a counter-offer. Ask the candidate what made them start looking and whether the counter fixed it; coach the client on time-to-offer, since counters win when the offer took three weeks.
How price comes up
Bill rate over pay rate (the spread) for contract and temp; a percentage of first-year salary for direct hire; conversion fees on contract-to-hire.
How to follow up
A new req gets a submittal or a dated update within one business day. A submitted candidate gets client feedback chased at 24 and 72 hours. A placed candidate gets a first-day, first-week and 30-day check, and a redeployment conversation two weeks before the end date.
The calendar
Light industrial peaks into Q4 shipping and drops in January; admin and clerical peak in September and January; budgets reset the first week of the fiscal year, and reqs open in bursts after quarterly planning.
Next to what you use now.
