What is included

Everything you do day to day, capture, drafts, briefs, asking Rillo about your own records, is included, with no credits to buy or count. There is no daily AI limit.

The limits

These are the 14 limits Rillo has, each with its number, read from the code that keeps it. Past one, nothing is ever billed.

  • Company lookups: 40 lookups a seat a month, pooled across the company.
    Refused until next month, never billed.
  • Rillo's AI: 30 requests a minute from one person; there is no daily AI limit and no AI credits.
    That person is paused for 5 min, then it carries on. The crew's own runs are not counted.
  • Lead searches on Rillo CRM: 200 searches a month, plus 75 for each added seat, pooled.
    Refused until next month, never billed.
  • Lead searches on Rillo Connect: 25 searches a month.
    Refused until next month, never billed.
  • Lead searches on Rillo Enterprise: 1,000 searches a month, plus 100 for each added seat, pooled.
    Refused until next month, never billed.
  • Outside lookups in Flows: 2,000 a workspace a day.
    The rest pick up tomorrow.
  • AI cells in Flows: 1,000 a workspace a day.
    The rest pick up tomorrow.
  • Ask us on your pages, one visitor: 40 messages in any 10 min.
    That visitor waits a few minutes.
  • Ask us on your pages, one page: 600 messages an hour, whoever sends them.
    New messages wait for the next hour.
  • Ask us AI answers: 250 a workspace a day.
    It keeps answering from your own prices, hours and open times, books, and takes requests; only free-form questions wait for a person.
  • Card requests on Connect: 20 cards a day, one account.
