Rillo vs monday CRM
A platform you configure.Or a CRMthat knows your trade.
monday is a work platform first, and monday CRM is one of the things you can build on it. That is its strength and its cost: it will do almost anything once somebody sets it up. Rillo arrives set up for one of nine trades and asks you to talk.
| Rillo | monday CRM | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | $49 a seat a month, or $39 billed yearly. Business is $79. | Basic is $12 a seat a month, Standard $17 and Pro $28, each billed annually. Ultimate is a custom price. As published on 20 September 2026, from the monday CRM pricing page rather than the work-management one, which prints different numbers for the same plan names. |
| The smallest you can buy | One seat. | Three. "Plans start from 3 users", so a two-person shop pays for three. |
| Free to try | 30 days free, no card | "Your first option to use monday CRM for free is a 14-day trial", with "no credit card needed" |
| AI | Included in every seat. Talk after a call, review what Rillo drafted, tap to send. No AI credits. | "AI credits are included in this plan" on Standard and above, and Basic has none. The CRM pricing tables do not say how many credits that is, where the work-management tables do. |
| Built for | Nine industries and 22 presets, from realtors and mortgage to fleets and service trades | Revenue teams of every shape, small business to enterprise: a "Revenue Execution Platform" with named agents for lead sourcing, calling, pipeline monitoring and meeting prep |
Where monday CRM is better
- Cheaper per seat at the bottom of the ladder: Basic and Standard are under a Rillo seat
- Breadth beyond a CRM: the same platform runs projects, operations and work management for the rest of the company
- A large app marketplace and deep automation, with automation allowances that rise steeply by tier
- Enterprise controls and analytics at Ultimate, for a company with an administrator to run them
Where Rillo is better
- No minimum. A two-person shop pays for two people, not three
- Nothing to configure before it is useful: nine industries and 22 presets, with the words, stages and tools each trade already uses
- AI without credits, and without a pricing page that declines to say how many you get
- Built for the phone and the field, where monday CRM's own pages do not claim field sales, mobile or vertical templates as what it is for
Is Rillo a monday CRM alternative?
For a field team that would rather talk than configure, yes. If your company already runs on monday for everything else, keeping the CRM there has real value Rillo cannot match.
Which costs less?
Per seat, monday's Basic and Standard are cheaper than a Rillo seat. Count the three-seat minimum, and count what Basic leaves out: it carries no AI credits at all.
Does monday CRM meter its AI?
It includes "AI credits" on Standard and above. Its CRM pricing tables do not state the quantity, so how far they go is not something this page can tell you.
Prices and features as of 18 September 2026, from monday CRM's own pages: monday CRM pricing: plans, annual per-seat prices, the three-seat minimum, the trial, AI credits; monday CRM: the revenue execution positioning and the named AI agents. Prices change; if this looks stale, tell us. Every claim about monday CRM is from what it publishes, and nothing here says what it cannot do.

They come to your counter. They join at the register. They're on your list.
