Rillo vs Reevo

A price on the page.Or a callto find out.

Reevo is an AI-native sales platform with a real dialer, call recording and enrichment, built around one memory layer that every call and email feeds. It is made for a desk team running sequences. Two things it does not have are a published price and a trade.

RilloReevo
Starting price$49 a seat a month, or $39 billed yearly. Business is $79.Not published. Three tiers, Core, Pro and Enterprise, each with a "Talk to a human" button and no figure beside it. Read on 20 September 2026.
What is meteredNothing you do day to day.Core lists "1,000 enrichment credits per user / mo", "1,000 dialer min per user / mo" and "2,500 meeting min per user / mo". Pro doubles the first two and lists 4,000 meeting minutes. Enterprise is configured with you.

AIIncluded in every seat. Talk after a call, review what Rillo drafted, tap to send. No AI credits."One memory layer where context compounds": Ask Reevo answers on deals and objections citing the calls and emails behind them, and deal updates are written from call transcripts.
Built forNine industries and 22 presets, from realtors and mortgage to fleets and service tradesGo-to-market teams running sequences from a desk. Its pages name no industry, no field-sales capability and no mobile app.

Where Reevo is better

  • A real outbound stack in the product: sequences, a dialer, domain purchase and inbox warming, none of which Rillo has
  • Call recording, transcription and automated meeting prep as part of the platform rather than an add-on
  • Enrichment and TAM sourcing built in, with intent signals marked as coming
  • Forecasting and coaching that cite the call they came from, for a manager reviewing a desk team

Where Rillo is better

  • You can see the price. It is on the pricing page, it is per seat, and you can start without talking to anybody
  • Nothing is metered: no enrichment credits, no dialer minutes, no meeting minutes to run out of
  • Built for the field across nine trades, where Reevo's own pages name no industry and no mobile app
  • Talking after a call is the input, on a phone, with nothing sent until you tap

What does Reevo cost?

Reevo does not say. Its pricing page shows three tiers and a "Talk to a human" button on each. This page will not guess a number, and it will be updated when Reevo publishes one.

Is Rillo a Reevo alternative?

For a field team, yes. For a desk team whose day is sequences and dials, Reevo has an outbound stack Rillo does not.

Which has more AI?

The wrong question. Both draft from your own conversations. The difference is that Reevo counts enrichment credits, dialer minutes and meeting minutes, and Rillo counts nothing.

Prices and features as of 18 September 2026, from Reevo's own pages: Reevo pricing: three tiers, no published price, and the per-user credit and minute allowances; Reevo: the memory-layer positioning, the dialer, meetings and enrichment. Prices change; if this looks stale, tell us. Every claim about Reevo is from what it publishes, and nothing here says what it cannot do.

One login. One record.

The card you hand someone, the list at your counter, and the accounts your reps carry are the same record. Nothing is separate, so nothing has to be joined up later.

Connect

You meet someone. They scan the card. They're in your Rillodex.

Shops

They come to your counter. They join at the register. They're on your list.

CRM

Your rep calls them. Rillo writes it down. It's the same record.

Which one are you?

Drag the card, or tap it to turn it over

Hand it over, they scan it, you're in their phone. Everyone you meet lands in your Rillodex, and Discover shows who's around.
