Rillo vs Spiro
One seat price.Or a licence,three add-ons and a project.
Spiro is built for manufacturers and distributors, and it is built around your ERP: it reads orders and products out of SAP or Epicor so a rep sees them on the road. Rillo is built around what was said on the call. If the trouble is that order data lives in the ERP, Spiro is aimed at it. If the trouble is that nobody writes anything down, that is Rillo.
| Rillo | Spiro | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | $49 a seat a month, or $39 billed yearly. Business is $79. | A full licence is $1,500 per user per year. Read only is $1,000 and email sync is $500. Prices as published on 20 September 2026. |
| What the licence leaves out | Every seat is the whole product. | Calling is the Spiro Phone App at $350 per user per year, AI meeting notes are Spiro Notetaker at $420, and route planning is Spiro Routes at $480. Quotes are a $9,000 a year module for the company, tickets $5,000 and territory management $5,000. |
| Getting started | No implementation fee is listed. | Implementation is a project, priced by complexity: "Most manufacturers pay less than a third of their software cost, with projects starting at $5,000." |
| Free to try | 30 days free, no card | No trial is published and there is no self-serve checkout. The way in is a conversation. |
| AI | Included in every seat. Talk after a call, review what Rillo drafted, tap to send. No AI credits. | Emails, meetings and account activity are captured automatically, and Spiro calls itself "the anti-crm crm for manufacturers". Its AI notetaker is one of the separately priced add-ons above. |
| Built for | Nine industries and 22 presets, from realtors and mortgage to fleets and service trades | "Manufacturers and distributors where most revenue comes from existing accounts, not one-time deals." |
Where Spiro is better
- The ERP, done properly: SAP, Epicor, Infor, SYSPRO, NetSuite and JobBOSS, with Spiro's own team doing the integration rather than handing you a connector
- Order and product data from that ERP in front of a rep on their phone, which no general CRM gives a distributor
- A full-service setup: data migration, integration, training and tailoring done for you rather than by you
- Built for one trade and unapologetic about it, so the words and the reports are a manufacturer's own
Where Rillo is better
- One number to add up: a seat price, no implementation project, and calling, notes and route planning are not three separate yearly lines
- You can start today. Rillo is 30 days free with no card, where Spiro starts with a conversation and a quote
- Talking is the input. Say what happened after the call and the record, the follow-up and the quote are drafted for your yes
- Nine industries with their own presets, so a tool rep and a mortgage officer are both served without a custom build
Is Rillo a Spiro replacement?
Not if the job is reading your ERP. Rillo does not integrate with SAP or Epicor, and Spiro does that deliberately and well. If the job is that calls and site visits go unrecorded, that is what Rillo is for.
Which costs less?
Add it up per person per year, and count the add-ons. A Spiro full licence is $1,500 a year before calling, notes or routes, and before implementation. Put that against a Rillo seat for twelve months with nothing else to buy.
Can I use both?
Yes. They are separate tools and nothing about starting Rillo asks you to leave Spiro.
Prices and features as of 18 September 2026, from Spiro's own pages: Spiro pricing: licences, per-user add-ons, company modules, implementation; Spiro: what it is built for, and the anti-CRM positioning; Spiro integrations: the ERPs named, and who does the work. Prices change; if this looks stale, tell us. Every claim about Spiro is from what it publishes, and nothing here says what it cannot do.
