Does Zoho CRM include AI?

Yes. AI agents are listed from Professional, and most Zia features are marked for Enterprise and Ultimate. Rillo's AI is the same in every seat, with no credits.

Is Rillo a Zoho CRM alternative?

For a small team in one of Rillo's trades that wants the CRM set up for it, yes. If you want a free tier, many modules and the wider Zoho suite, Zoho is built for that.
